I have worked within CAMH, Toronto Western Hospital's addiction programming for women, youth Mood and Anxiety programs, and long-term community work with Children's Aid Society. I understand how these systems work, what they ask of the people inside them, and where the real transformation lives in the spaces between the clinical framework.

Questions about identity, spirituality, purpose, relationships — the big ones that don't have easy answers and don't go away when you try to ignore them. Sometimes you just need somewhere to think out loud with someone who can actually hear what's underneath what you're saying.

Kundalini Tantra 101

A direct, felt experience of your own energetic capacity — the beginning of a completely different relationship with your body and everything it is capable of.

Most people have spent their whole lives living from the neck up. Thinking their way through everything. Managing, analysing, overriding. Never quite arriving in the body that is doing all the living.

In two hours we cover the foundations — what the energy body actually is, how life-force moves through it, what blocks it and what opens it, and how to begin working with it consciously. Through breath, movement, sound, and stillness we awaken that current and you begin to feel it — the warmth, the aliveness, the intelligence that was always there waiting to be met.

Kundalini is the name the ancient yogic traditions gave to the dormant creative life-force that lives at the base of the spine — coiled, waiting, extraordinarily intelligent. When it begins to move, it doesn't just change how your body feels. It changes how you perceive. How you create. How you relate. How you understand what you are.

Tantra brings the missing piece: relationship. Not just activating energy, but learning how to listen to it, trust it, and stay with it without overriding your own body. This is where sensation becomes information. Where the body becomes an ally rather than something to manage.

Uncoiling is an immersive body-based ritual created as a living art form and held at the Wild Divine Sanctuary. It is designed to awaken the ecstatic life-force current and restore you to your own embodied aliveness.

A rare encounter with your sensual, awakened nature.

It begins with a conversation where I get to know you, your story, your nervous system, what you're carrying and what you're longing for. Everything I learn becomes the blueprint for an experience created entirely around the artistry that is you.

Breath and sound and touch and movement weave together into something deeply somatic — breaking up what has been stuck, creating flow where there has been holding, stoking the ecstatic awakening that lives underneath. Sometimes electric. Sometimes tender. Always extraordinary.
