This work came
from living it.
I didn't arrive here through theory. I arrived through the labyrinth — through the coiling and the returning, the rupture and the rebuilding, the long walk back to myself that nobody tells you is also the path forward.
My work lives at the intersection of the ancient and the embodied — tantra, shamanism, Jungian depth psychology, somatic healing, and the raw intelligence of nature's own cycles. These aren't separate systems to me. They are one living current. The same current that animates all of life, that moves through creativity and grief and desire and recovery and awakening equally.
Life force. That is the thread. And when I sit with someone — whether in a session, a mentorship, or an immersive experience — what I am listening for is where that current has been interrupted, misdirected, or forgotten. And then we find our way back to it together.
I work primarily with men — it is some of the most sacred work I do. I work with people navigating recovery, creative collapse, burnout, awakening, and the particular kind of hunger that comes from knowing there is more to life than survival. I work with couples. I work with the ones who live between worlds.
Nature is my muse and my teacher. Not nature as backdrop — but as intelligence. As the living proof that cycles, rhythms, seasons, and the willingness to let things die so something truer can grow — these are not metaphors. They are instructions.
