"Your body is an ocean, rich with hidden treasures. Open your inmost chamber and light its lamp."
— Shiva Rea
I am a deeply sensitive, highly aware being who has lived on both sides of this spiritual human experience — and what I found on the other side wasn't just healing. It was aliveness.
A Mother, Mystic, and Mentor. Over two decades of study, travel, spiritual awakening, collapse, and rebuilding from the inside out — drawing from Yoga Therapy, Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, Tantric Philosophy, Somatic Healing, Addiction Recovery, Dream Work, Depth Psychology, and Science & Spirituality.
Then life blew wide open. A profound spiritual awakening that came on gradually and then all at once. My crown opened, the light poured in, I burned the bra and frolicked naked in nature and lived on sunshine and made magic and art and mischief. And then inevitably, the underworld asked for her turn with me. The density of the human body after the bliss. The diagnosis. The devastation.
The work of putting myself back together was really the work of letting myself be whole. Stopping the war between the parts. The mystic and the one who swears. The healer and the wild one. The devoted mother and the woman who needs to be alone in nature for days. I stopped trying to make those things make sense to anyone else and started trusting that they all belonged.
My energy is enormous and doesn't always know its own edges, and learning to contain it without killing it — to direct it rather than suppress it — has been the real work. That's why I need sanctuary. Nature. Quiet. Practice. Somewhere for the intensity to go. And that's what I support others in doing — how to cultivate, generate and direct this creative life force energy.
"I am my own muse. I am the subject I know best. The subject I want to know better."
— Frida Kahlo
I am an artist and my own muse. What I create moves through me as an expression of my soul, my emotions, and unseen realms that words cannot capture nor emulate.
I am deeply passionate about women's bodies and the feminine, the earth and her cycles, ancestral wisdom and indigenous knowing, world religion and mysticism, the Egyptian pantheon, protecting children and animals, the fight against human trafficking, and being on the water — lakes, oceans, rivers — wherever something in me goes quiet and something else wakes up. These are not separate from the work. They are the ground it grows from.
Light side, dark side and the shadows that flow between — you are the medicine.
That feeling of being fragmented without knowing why. Of being too much without understanding what that means. Of sensing there is something more but having no language for what it is. That is what I have spent years learning to name — finding the symbolic meaning in it, sitting with what comes through in the body, in dreams, in the spaces between — and translating it into something people can actually use to live more freely, more fully, and more like themselves.
This work is for the people who are willing to look at what lives in the shadows — and who want to do that in a way that is creative, alive and soul stirring, not just endlessly heavy. This is where the life force comes back online. Where the fragmented pieces start working together. Where we learn how to cultivate and direct our energy — into our art, our relationships, our bodies, our purpose — and make something genuinely extraordinary from the one wild life we have.
I invite you to bring all of it here — the sexuality and the spirituality, the shadow and the light, the addiction and the awakening, the maiden, mother, mystic and muse.
Let me help you find your true Soul's expression.
"That which produces bliss should be used in worship since it ravishes the heart."
— Tantraloka
What if you didn't have to choose between your spirituality and your humanity? Between your desire and your devotion? Between the wild parts of you and the sacred ones? Tantra says you don't. It is one of the oldest living philosophies on earth and its central idea is radical in its simplicity — everything about you belongs.
We approach the body, mind and heart with tenderness. We listen. We be with. We excavate and expand little by little — growing capacity, creating safety, allowing the whole of you to arrive.
Consciously awakening to more — more vitality, more practices, more care for yourself. The moment you stop performing life and start feeling it. This is where everything begins to shift.
Building new habits. Continuing to expand capacity. The lifestyle — learning to live in alignment with your own nature, weaving the practices into the fabric of your daily life until they become second nature.
You don't just know it now. You are it. The work lives in the body, in the choices, in the way you hold yourself in a room. You become the living proof of what it means to be fully, unapologetically alive.
