"Your body is an ocean, rich with hidden treasures. Open your inmost chamber and light its lamp."
— Shiva Rea
Wild Divine Sanctuary is a space held for both depth and expansion, for the light and the shadow — where everything you are becomes part of the work.
I help people feel their own aliveness — through embodied practice, ancient wisdom, and a living relationship with themselves, each other, and nature. I put language to experiences that have never had words. I bring the mystical into the everyday — redefining habits, patterns, and behaviours into a lifestyle that actually feels like you. Awakening your ecstatic life force energy so you can live with new inspiration, creativity, and the deep satisfaction of manifesting a life that is wholly, wildly, unapologetically yours.
"This is the Artistry of Life, and your essence is your art."
Then life blew wide open. A spiritual awakening that came on gradually and then all at once — light pouring in, magic and art and mischief, a sense of finally arriving somewhere real. And then inevitably, the underworld asked for her turn. The density of the human body after the bliss. The diagnosis. The devastation.
The work of putting myself back together was really the work of letting myself be whole. Stopping the war between the parts. The mystic and the one who swears. The healer and the wild one. The devoted mother and the woman who needs to be alone in nature for days. I stopped trying to make those things make sense to anyone else and started trusting that they all belonged.
My energy is enormous and doesn't always know its own edges, and learning to contain it without killing it — to direct it rather than suppress it — has been the real work. That's why I need sanctuary. Nature. Quiet. Practice. Somewhere for the intensity to go. And that's what I support others in doing — how to cultivate, generate and direct this creative life force energy.
Late in life I was diagnosed with AuDHD and bipolar two. Those labels arrived late, as they often do for people like us — and when they did, they didn't shrink my experience, they gave it edges. Finally, a shape for something I had lived my whole life without being able to name. I am genuinely grateful for allopathic medicine and what it has made possible for me. And I hold that alongside something else entirely — the visions, the psychic openings, the shamanic experiences, the moments where the veil went thin and something moved through. In indigenous and ancestral traditions, what Western medicine calls a disorder is often recognised as a different kind of perception. A different relationship with reality. I don't choose between these frameworks. I live in both. And that is the heart of the work I bring.
"I am my own muse. I am the subject I know best. The subject I want to know better."
— Frida Kahlo
